The past three months at Lucent have been filled with festive energy, shared moments, and celebrations that brought everyone together in different ways.
From welcoming Ganpati Bappa and celebrating Krishnotsav to marking Rakshabandhan with a meaningful visit outside the office, each occasion added something special to our everyday work life.
Here’s a look back at some of the moments that made these celebrations memorable for the Lucent team.
Ganpati Bappa’s Week at Lucent
Ganpati celebrations brought a completely different energy to the Lucent office this year. The week began with Bappa’s Sthapana, bringing everyone together to welcome him with devotion, excitement, and plenty of festive spirit.
Morning and evening aartis became a shared part of the week, giving team members a chance to step away from their usual schedules and come together for a few peaceful moments. Different teams also helped coordinate prasadi, making the celebration feel more collective and involving people across the office.
As the days went on, the festive mood became part of the everyday office atmosphere. Between work, meetings, and deadlines, there were aartis to join, conversations around the celebration, and small moments of togetherness that made the week feel different from a regular workweek.
The celebration came to an energetic close on Visarjan day. After the final aarti, Bappa was taken around the office as the team gathered together for one last round of chants and celebration.
With “Ganpati Bappa Morya” echoing through the office, the farewell was filled with gulal, Garba, snacks, and plenty of team participation. It was a joyful end to a week that brought devotion, celebration, and shared memories into the workplace.
And with one final “Pudhchya Varshi Lavkar Ya,” we wrapped up the celebration hoping to welcome Bappa again next year.
Celebrating Krishnotsav at Lucent
Janmashtami brought its own charm to the office as the Lucent team came together for Krishnotsav.
The evening was filled with a mix of devotion, festive energy, and lighthearted moments as everyone gathered to celebrate Lord Krishna’s Janmotsav. It gave the team a chance to pause from the usual work routine and enjoy the occasion together.
What made the celebration special was its simplicity. It was not about doing too much, but about creating a warm festive atmosphere where people could participate, enjoy the moment, and spend time together beyond their day-to-day work.
Krishnotsav added another memorable chapter to the festive season at Lucent, bringing positivity, celebration, and a shared sense of togetherness to the office.
Rakshabandhan with a Meaningful Purpose
Rakshabandhan at Lucent took a slightly different and more meaningful direction this year.
Instead of keeping the celebration within the office, the women from the Lucent team visited Ahmedabad Police Station to celebrate Rakhi with the police personnel. The idea was simple to express gratitude to those who protect and support the community every day.
Tying Rakhi to the officers made the occasion feel more personal and purposeful. It was a small gesture, but one that reflected appreciation, respect, and the spirit of protection that Rakshabandhan represents.
The visit added a different kind of warmth to the festive season and gave the team a chance to celebrate the occasion beyond the workplace while sharing a genuine moment of gratitude with the people who serve the community.
